Star climbs into her car about to go out for the evening when a man appears from the back seat, reaches round and chloroforms her. Star struggles and slowly passes out. The man pulls her from the car, drapes her over his shoulder and carries her back to her house. When Star recovers she finds herself already partially tied. The man adds rope to her waist and chest as she tries to illicit from him what he wants, securing her to the back of the chair. As Star keeps trying to persuade him to let her go, he goes in search of a cloth he can use as a gag. He returns with some red spotted material which he forces between Star's teeth before tying the ends together at the back of her neck, stifling her speech. He then leaves her alone. Star tries so hard to free herself, struggling to undo the knots in the rope holding her wrists behind her, but there are several layers of rope and she cannot reach the critical knot. She is trapped, held prisoner for an indefinite period of time.
