Becca is a realtor who has considerable success in selling houses. There is a particular upcoming sale that is worth a great deal in commission, and she believes she has it in the bag. Unfortunately for her, a long time competitor who is approaching retirement and wanted to go out on a high also thinks she is about to close the sale. Desperate to stop her, he takes drastic action to prevent Becca meeting her clients for the final inspection of the house - her grabs her and ties her to a chair, adding zip ties to her wrists to make sure she can't possibly escape. Becca is furious, barely able to believe her competitor would do this. To stop her protests, he pushes a cloth into her mouth and gags her. Her also adds a blindfold to make it even harder for Becca to do anything about her predicament. When he judges that she is still making too much noise, he adds a second, over-the-mouth gag to really muffle her cries. He departs to show his clients around the house, promising to let Becca go when the sale is complete. That, clearly, is hours away. Becca struggles futilely with her restraints, but it's hopeless. These were not the kinds of closing costs she expected to receive today.
