Doctor Rachel Adams, a specialist in sleeping disorders, greets a new client who has never had a therapy session before. He seems a little nervous when he takes his seat, and he offers her a bottle of drink, apologizing in case this is not appropriate. Anxious to put him at his ease, Rachel accepts the gift and takes a few sips from the bottle. She begins the session, but after a few minutes she starts to feel a little odd, dizzy, suddenly tied. Her speech is becoming incoherent. She tries to stand up but instead slips over the floor, lying there groaning as the world slips away from her. The patient checks the pulse in her neck, then whispers that he is looking forward to spending time with her. When Rachel recovers, her wrists and ankles are bound with thin zip ties and duct tape is stuck over her mouth. She struggles desperately, realizing she has been tricked. She has no hope of breaking the zip ties and realizes she is quite helpless, The patient re-enters the room and tells her about a malpractice suit she managed to wriggle out of a few years earlier. Well, payback's a bitch. He gropes Rachel's knee for a few moments, enjoying her muffled objections. He lifts her up and makes her drink more from the bottle. A minute later, she lies motionless once more. Next time she ways, she is sitting on one of her office chairs, her wrists cuffed behind the back of the chair, more cuffs around her ankles, and cut tape around her waist, thighs and ankles. The patient pushes a cloth into her mouth and ties a cleave gag around her head. He tells her that he is leaving now, but he promises to return in the evening and pick up where he left off.
