1. The Desperate Doctor

A criminal is on the run and in need of medical attention. He sees from the website of the local hospital that Alba Zevon is one of their doctors, and a little more research reveals where she lives. He pushes his way into her home and makes her attend to his injury, ignoring her advice that he needs to go to the hospital. Once his wound has been dressed, he knows Alba is obligated to report the incident and he can't allow that to happen. He takes her through to her bedroom and ties her up on the bed, pushing a cloth into her mouth and covering her lips and cheeks with duct tape. He is very fatigued and must rest.

While he is snoring, Alba manages to hop to the room where he is reclined on her couch, and she tries to open the door to get outside and summon help. The criminal has locked the door and removed the key. She sees her cellphone next to him on the couch and she attempts to reach it, but she disturbs the intruder before she can make a call. He carries her back to her bedroom and pits her in a tight hogtie to stop her moving around.
The next day, the criminal's wound needs re-dressing, so Alba is freed to attend to him. He tells her it is her fault the wound opened because she tried to escape and he had to carry her. Alba is furious, squeezes his injury to make him buckle over, and then she makes a dash for the door. The criminal stops her, and this time he ties her tightly to a chair, gagging her with a bandana. Feeling better for his rest, he decides it is time to depart, leaving Alba bound and gagged so that she cannot alert the authorities.

2. The Curious Architect

Alba is celebrating ten years as an architect, and for the sake of nostalgia, she returns to the very first house she designed. Not content with viewing the outside, she knocks on the door and explains to the owner who she is and why she is there, and asks if she can come inside to look around. The owner seems reluctant to let her in, claiming that he is too busy, but Alba smiles at him sweetly and pleads, fluttering her eyelashes. The owner grudgingly agrees to let her in, and she immediate begins to look around, a happy smile on her face as she relives her initial accomplishment. When she enters the man's bedroom, a frown furrows her brow. Something about the dimensions of the room isn't quite right. She asked if one of the walls has been replaced, but the owner insists that this is how it has always been. Alba is not convinced. Her practiced eye leads her to deduce that the wall has been moved about one meter, just enough to conceal something...

Realizing that she has worked out his secret, the owner grabs her, dragging her to the living room where he places her in a hogtie on the floor, a cleave gag between her teeth to keep her quiet. Alba, realizing that she is in trouble, begins to struggle frantically. She rubs the rope against the leg of a cabinet in the rope of fraying or loosening it. Before she can get free, the house owner returns and catches her in the act. He throws her over his shoulder and carries her back into the bedroom. Alba soon hops her way back into the corridor and is caught again. To stop her moving around, the man ties her to a chair, pushes a cloth into her mouth to shut her up, and seals her lips shut with layers of duct tape. Alba struggles again, but this time the ropes are very tight and she can't escape. To her alarm, she hears the sound of hammering and masonry falling. The man is opening up the false wall, and it isn't hard to guess why.
