Sinthia gets home from work to find a man in her house, a cellphone in his hand, and he is busy typing on the screen. Sinthia demands to know what is going on, and he tells her that he has accessed her back account (after thanking her for leaving bank information laying around in her home office) and has everything set up to transfer all her savings to his off-shore account. Sinthia pleads with him not to take everything she has. His response surprises her: He says he won't take her money is she lets him tie her up. The thought of being restrained and helpless holds little appeal and Sinthia declines, trying to reason with him. The man is just about to hit send and empty her account when Sinthia capitulates. She allows him to wrap duct tape around her wrists, her calves, her thighs and her chest. He adds zipties to further secure her, attaching her to a chair. Finally, he gags her with duct tape, and surprisingly, keeps his word (at least for now); he leaves without taking the money. Left alone, Sinthia begins struggling against her bonds. She is able to slip out of most of the zipties in time, but there is too much duct tape to tear and she can't get it off her wrists and legs. Her only hope now is to summon help, so she makes her way into her living room where she left her phone that morning. She tips the chair over on her way and has to wriggle along the floor to reach the phone.
