Tara is a realtor showing a client around a house he is very interested in buying. However, he only wants to offer three-quarters of the asking price and Tara is very reluctant to make the offer since she knows the house owners will reject it. When she points out that other prospective buyers have already put in an offer for much nearer the asking price, the client becomes annoyed and begins arguing with her. The argument escalates until the client is so frustrated that he wrestles Tara to the floor and produces a cloth and bottle of fluid from his pocket, pouring some of the fluid on the cloth as Tara struggles under his weight, then presses it to her nose and mouth until she stops struggling. The client then zipties Tara's wrists and ankles and waits for her to wake up. When she recovers, he forces her to make a call to her office, instructing the reception to phone through the low offer for the property she is currently showing. Now all they can do is wait, so the client gags Tara to keep her quiet until the call comes in from the office with the news. Tara continues to talk through her gag and challenge the client, telling him that he is insane if he thinks this is going to work, so he again produces the cloth and presses it to her face once more until Tara lies still.
