Five years ago, Lydia served on a jury that put away Asher, a repeat offender. To her, it is the distant past and she doesn't give it a single thought as she sniffs the perfume of flowers in her garden. To Asher, recently released and now watching her from the cover of nearby trees, it feels like only yesterday that this bitch screwed up his life. Now it was time to exact revenge, not just from this one, but from all twelve jurors who found him guilty. When Lydia's back is turned to him, Asher rushes from concealment and crosses the gap between them at a run, grabbing the girl and lifting off her feet. He soon has her hogtied and helpless. Realizing the danger she is in, Lydia tries to explain that she did not vote guilty, that it was the other jurors whose choices got him convicted. He doesn't believe a word of it and ties a gag around her head, muting her protests.

Ashley plans to spend some hours with this woman and goes off to make a decision about what to do to her next. Lydia uses the opportunity to inch her way towards the front door. She can't get far hogtied, but if she can only get outdoors, maybe someone will see her and realize she needs help. Before she gets there, however, Asher discovers that she is on the move and pulls her back. Clearly, he will have to secure her better than this.

A little later, Lydia finds herself being tied to a chair, not in the house but out in the woods. The crazy criminal has actually carried a chair into the woods and is now in the process of tying her to it. She tugs at the ropes but they are all tight. There seems little chance of escape, even less than before. Asher says he is going to leave her here and go find juror number two, but promises he will be back later to play with her some more. He cleave gags her again to make sure she can't call for help, picks up his case full of ropes and walks away. Lydia struggles for a while but all this does is tighten the ropes further. She has no choice but to sit there and wait for Asher to return.

He does come back, sooner than she expected. It seems juror number two is not at home, and the other jurors are too far away for the moment, so he decides he will spend more time with his first victim. He decides to take her deeper into the woods and tie her to a tree, arms stretched above her heads, rope coiled around her waist, thighs and ankles. Satisfied with the girl in this new predicament, he gags her one last time before he leaves her to the predations of nature, this time using duct tape, an even better seal of her mouth. Lydia pulls at the rope binding her wrists, but it's very secure. She's trapped in the wilderness to await her fate. For Asher, it's one juror down and eleven to go.
